ABOUT THE GREENACRE AREA COMMUNITY CENTRE
The Greenacre Area Community Centre is funded by the NSW Department of Family and Community Services. The Centre also relies on funding from various funding bodies including Bankstown City Council and local clubs through the annual round of club grants to implement programs to address identified needs in the community.

The Mission of the Association shall be to engage and work with the community to improve the well-being of the residents of the Greenacre, Chullora and Mt Lewis areas in order to create an inclusive and supportive community, particularly disadvantaged community groups.

We aim to help by:

Providing information and referral to members of the local community;
Providing programs that meet the needs of the local community ;
Providing low income individuals with free TAX HELP assistance;
Providing free or low cost activities for children and youth;
Providing all residents and visitors with a welcoming, helpful and informative Centre.
